Why Grant Living Was Created

The rental market is changing for both landlords and tenants. Rising regulation, increasing management pressures, and frequent tenant turnover are leading many landlords to look for more stable long-term leasing options.

Grant Living was influenced by my experience working in both VVIP aviation and mental health services.

As a VVIP flight attendant, I learned the importance of high standards, attention-to-detail, and creating a comfortable experience for people staying away from home.

Through my work in mental health and supported accommodation, I also saw how much safe and stable housing can affect people's wellbeing and daily lives.

That experience led me to create Grant Living, providing landlords with greater consistency while supporting better housing outcomes across local communities.

Depending on the property and location, this may include serviced accommodation for professionals, contractors, and re-locators, or longer-term housing through trusted housing providers.

Grant Living is focused on building trusted partnerships with landlords across Greater Manchester.
